At Katie Brown, we take care in implementing your vision with a little guidance whilst building a strong relationship. We recommend coming into our design studio before we begin your design to meet us and learn a little more about our ethos and product.

How much does a Katie Brown Kitchens cost?

This question all depends on the size of your space and the items you would like to include. Most clients at Katie Brown tend to invest around £20,000 to £70,000. This includes everything from the initial design phase, to installation, project management, and finishing touches. We recommend discussing your budget with your designer to get the most out of your design whilst keeping it within budget.

Do we design other areas in your home?

As multifunctional living becomes a necessity, Katie Brown Kitchens cabinetry does not just stop in the kitchen. From utilities and boot rooms, to dressing rooms and bedrooms, to media walls and bar areas. At Katie Brown we love to bring a unique vision to as many spaces in the home as possible.

What is our payment structure?

We require a 30% deposit to secure your kitchen design. This allows your designer to set the motions in place and provide detailed plumbing and electrical plans for your allocated tradesmen. The remaining 70% fee is due at the point of ordering where all orders are placed into production and an installation date is set.

How far do we travel?

Our team of designers currently travel as far as a 2-hour radius from our design studio which is situated in the Bailgate area, close to Lincoln Cathedral. We frequently cover a vast area in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and surrounding counties.

Do we offer a full installation service?

The answer is yes, if preferred we can arrange your electrical and plumbing work including first and second fix to make your kitchen installation experience a little less stressful. Whilst we don’t do building work, we have a list of builders that we work closely with on a regular basis that we can recommend.

Do we offer a supply only service?

Yes we do! Whilst we always prefer and recommend to use our own experienced joiners, we do offer a supply only service if required. Opting out of a supply only service allows us to complete your kitchen to the high standard we strive for, our joiners know our product inside and out and also take great care when fitting.

What brands do we offer?

We offer a range of brands and don't just stick to a few. Every Katie Brown kitchen is unique when it comes to its fittings and appliances. Being an independent ran business we can usually get our hands on most appliances, yet mostly supply high standard Neff, Bosch, AEG, Bora, Siemens, Fisher & Paykel and Miele.

What worktops do we offer?

Our worktops are sourced mainly from Cosentino a great spanish brand which offers a range of Quartz, Dekton and Granite however we also offer solid wood, solid laminate and laminate as alternative options.

What is the warranty period?

All Katie Brown Kitchens come with a warranty to provide you with complete peace of mind. The cabinets carry a 25 year warranty, doors and panels carry a 10 year warranty and our worktop providers carry a 25 year warranty.  Conditions apply.
