Yes, a dedicated Katie Brown designer will work on your project with you from start to finish.
Yes. If you come and see us without measurements we’ll arrange a time for a home visit so we can take them. If you have your measurements with you, we’ll arrange a home visit after we’ve done your design to check they’re spot on.
Not at all! Our designers will walk around the showroom with you, find out how you want to use your space and listen to what you don’t like. After that, they’ll create a few different designs for you to take a look at.
Not long at all. Our designers are so good at what they do, they can put together a design while you wait (if you have your measurements with you). If not, they can do a design within hours of taking measurements from your home.
Of course, we provide 3D visuals and CGI walkthroughs so you know exactly what your new space will look like.

Yes, our team of dedicated, quality craftsmen are used to working in people’s homes and will respect your belongings. They’re tidy and efficient and will try not to leave you without a working kitchen – sink, oven and hob – for too long. Please click this link for more information on installations.
We offer a lifetime guarantee on cabinets and a 10 year guarantee on doors.
Delivery times vary depending on the customer. We’ll give you an approximate delivery date when you buy your kitchen – within a week – but we can’t give an exact date until everything has been signed off.
Three weeks is the minimum time it takes for a kitchen to arrive, but with made to measure kitchens this can increase to eight weeks. On average a kitchen takes three to four weeks to be delivered. Click here for more information on deliveries.
It’s very rare that this happens but if it does we’ll replace any damaged items as soon as possible at no extra cost.
